My approach blends medical weight management with nutrition guidance and lifestyle support, but more than anything, it’s about listening. I want to understand your health history, your day-to-day life, what’s felt hard in the past, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. From there, we build a plan together- one that actually fits your real life.

I created Tidal Wave Wellness to offer a calmer, more supportive approach to weight loss and wellness for our local community.
Living and working here, I’ve seen how often people feel discouraged or blamed when it comes to their health- especially after trying plans that never quite fit real life. Weight and wellness are influenced by far more than willpower alone, and I wanted care to reflect that.
Tidal Wave Wellness was built to feel steady and grounding, not rushed or overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and comfortable asking questions. Care here is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual, without pressure or judgment.
